Introducing Ethan!

I am so excited to be making this blog post. On Thursday, December 20th Ethan Darl Flake was born!! He was born at 2:24 pm, weighed 8.6 lbs (smaller than his 8.10 lbs sister) and is 21 inches long.

We went into the hospital early Thursday morning. We were at Sinai Hospital and thought the staff there was wonderful.

We are so excited to have him in our family.

He took a several seconds to cry but once he did, he had quite the lungs before calming down.

Darl brought Abigail to the hospital on Friday to meet her brother. She was pretty cute and interested for a few minutes.

Our friends the Trimbles, took care of Abigail for us while we were in the hospital. She had a great time playing with their three kids and sharing a room with Claire:

Although she was a little hesitant when I dropped her off she was happy and quickly playing with the other kids.

We are so happy to have Ethan with us!
