Pupusas

The first time I went to Utah to meet Darl's family, we went to an El Salvadorian restaurant in Provo that makes Pupusas. I had no idea what they were, but now understand why Darl's family loves them so much. They are so good!!!

We now attend a Spanish Speaking Congregation for church and were invited over to a family's house over the weekend to learn how to make Pupusas. Darl and I both took turns learning how to make them. The women thought it was so funny that Darl wanted to make some. Here is proof (he has one in his hand getting ready to put the filling in):

We both ate so many! They were soooooo good and we even got to take some leftovers home:)
