I'm not sure if it was from all the moving, traveling from Baltimore to Minnesota, staying at different houses, airplane travel or what but little Ethan struggled on this trip. It all started with a later flight where he refused to sleep. Here he is at the end of the flight:
At the airport getting the rental car, still awake. By the time we got to the hotel and his pack and play set up it was around 11:30pm. Poor little guy really struggled at night during this little get away.
Ethan was introduced to bananas and peaches during this trip:
This year we started a new tradition of doing a "My favorite things party". Everyone brings something they really like for everyone else (under a price limit) and exchange. We all ended up with candles, face soap, nail polish, lip gloss, etc. It was super!
Cool kid:
Besides not wanting to sleep and staying up at night, he was pretty clam and happy during the day.
Mary found some cool glasses shopping in Park City:
And this is what happened when I told Mary and Sarah to smile at me:
One of the nights I was gone Darl used a Taco Bell gift card he had to take Abigail out to dinner. He sent me this picture, looks like she had a great time!
One night we went down to the bonfire the hotel had and made s'mores. Yum!!

One day we went down to Provo to BYU and surprised Grandpa Flake at his office:
On campus we ran into cousins Parker and Mackey:
He loves BYU already:
We went to Sundance to see "Annie Get your Gun".
A little out of order, but here is the Girls Weekend gang on campus:
We went out to lunch at brick oven with Rindy and Mackey:
One day some of our group went on a hike and Laura carried Ethan in my carrier and he took a long nap!
At girls weekend of course we had to do our hair one night:
