Cheesecake

Typically after Easter people show off pictures of their kids in their Easter finest. While Abigail looked cute, you see plenty of pictures of her so I thought I'd show off my first attempt at an actual cheesecake! I hadn't used a spring form pan before so I was nervous, but it was good.

    Cheesecake is a great way to celebrate Easter--I could use a piece of that right now. Yum!
